Forhans Team is a leading triathlon event organizer across Italy. I joined at 16 as a general operative, eventually creating a new operations team and becoming Head of the Running Department. In this role, I managed event coordination, ensuring seamless race setups and addressing challenges to deliver exceptional athlete experiences. I also supported paratriathlon athletes, contributing to inclusive and inspiring events.
