As part of a marketing course, this project developed a launch strategy for "Matcha Magic by Red Bull," a new health-focused energy drink targeting Millennials and Gen Z. The strategy combined consumer insights, competitive analysis, and financial modeling. We proposed a comprehensive go-to-market approach leveraging Red Bull’s existing brand equity while tapping into the growing demand for health-conscious beverages.
